Payments, Plans, and Credit Entitlements
Scope of Paid Services
This platform offers free usage allowances and monthly plan services. Plan pricing, number of credits, validity periods, available features, and other benefits shall be subject to the content displayed on the plan page or payment page at the time of payment.
Monthly Plan
The monthly plan is a one-time purchase service and is not an auto-renewing subscription service. After the user successfully completes payment, the corresponding plan benefits and member credits will be credited to the user's account after payment success is confirmed by the payment service provider.
Credits under the monthly plan are generally valid for thirty days after successful payment, or as otherwise displayed on the plan page. Upon expiration, any unused member credits will automatically lapse.
Free Credits
Free credits are provided by the platform to eligible users in accordance with platform rules. Each account is entitled to a fixed allowance of 100 free credits.
Free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, redeemed for cash, or extended.
Order of Credit Deduction
Unless otherwise stated by the platform, the system will consume member credits first, followed by free credits.
The actual deduction record shall be subject to the credit transaction history displayed in the platform backend and the user's account.
Payment Confirmation and Grant of Benefits
After the user clicks to purchase, the user will be redirected to a third-party payment page or third-party payment flow to complete payment.
The platform will grant the corresponding plan or credit benefits only after successful payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. If payment is not completed, fails, expires on the payment page, or the transaction is declined, the platform will not grant the relevant benefits.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment service provider. Except for transaction status, order number, payment amount, payment time, and necessary verification information, this platform does not store the user's full credit card number, card security code, or other complete payment credentials.
Refund Policy
We provide a 7-day trial period. During the trial period (within 7 days after purchase), if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may apply for a full refund. Refunds must be handled manually through customer service, and self-service online refunds are not currently supported.
Except in the following circumstances, monthly plans that have been successfully paid for, benefits have been granted, and more than 7 days have elapsed are in principle non-refundable: where otherwise required by law; where duplicate charges have occurred; where issues arise due to platform technical errors; where purchased benefits were not properly granted; or in other circumstances expressly agreed to by the platform.
Payment and Credit Irregularities
If a user believes there is an error in payment, charging, or credit issuance, the user should contact us through customer service as soon as possible and provide account information, the order number, payment time, and relevant screenshots.
We will investigate based on records from the payment service provider and the platform backend.
Price and Service Changes
The platform may from time to time adjust plan contents, credit quantities, prices, validity periods, feature scope, and promotional arrangements.
Any such adjustments generally will not affect existing benefits that have already been successfully paid for and granted, unless required by law, due to system errors, abuse, or otherwise provided in this statement.
Abuse and Risk Control
If the platform reasonably suspects that a user has engaged in fraud, abuse of promotions, malicious refund requests, unauthorized payments, account sharing, system attacks, or other violations, the platform has the right to suspend or restrict the relevant account, suspend the granting of benefits, revoke abnormal credits, and reserve all further rights.
Credits Are Not Currency
Platform credits may be used only for designated services on this platform and do not constitute electronic money, stored-value payment instruments, securities, gift cards, or any asset with cash value.
Credits may not be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used for purposes outside the platform.

Conversation records, account information, credit records, and necessary transaction records are stored on our servers (for logged-in users only).
Conversations in guest mode are not persistently stored.

We do not collect your full credit card number, card security code, complete payment credentials, location information, browsing history, keystroke logs, or other personal information unrelated to this service.
